I only produced ISOs from it, and I'm not sure it can do bin/cue (I wasn't looking for that format). It's discontinued but it works perfectly. Finally, the best native GUI option I found for ripping was Firestarter FX.

If you plan on burning discs to use on original hardware, you'll need this. Put Games straight from your computers HD to your Ps2 HD Main features: -Imstalling to HDD from Disc Images (iso, cue, nrg,gi,iml,) -choss a ps2 hdd from the drop down. I can upload my Winebottled version of this somewhere if you need it. You can run it in a Winebottler shell to use it in Mac - but Winebottler won't support USB external CD drives, so this is only applicable if you have an iMac or older Macbook. I resent them for this to this very day because this blocked Gaijinworks from releasing their numerous cancelled.

If you have an older version of Toast, that's the easiest way to go.

New versions of Toast don't seem to output anything other than proprietary. I ran into this recently when trying to rip some PS2 games to run over USB on Free McBoot, so I can help you out with ISOs, but I can't guarantee a bin/cue would work from any of these.
